We grant a refund if

• If we are not able to resolve the issue, we will refund your money.
• If our support team is unable to fix the problem,
• The product purchased has stopped functioning, displaying what we described in its details, or broken after the installation.

We do not issue refunds if 

• Please note that our refund policy does not apply to products purchased at a discounted price or during promotional campaigns. We do not offer refunds for product upgrades, renewals, or customizations. In such cases, the decision of Woooplugin is final.

• If you find your host doesn’t meet the requirements of WordPress or is denied the ability to update the PHP or MySQL version,
• You decided to change your mind.
• You decided not to use our product.
• You find that our product doesn’t suit your needs (our live demo site is very explanatory of our templates and theme)
• You experience script conflicts with other 3rd party software connected to or installed themes on your website.
• If you purchase Woooplugin products from unauthorized websites, we cannot take responsibility for processing refunds, as we do not receive the payment.

• No refunds will be processed after 15 days post-purchase.
• By requesting and receiving a refund, you relinquish all ownership of your license and agree to cease the use of the product immediately.
